The birth of BarnHR

BarnHR emerged in response to frequent requests for a comprehensive service. These companies, often smaller in size, sought a more experienced and commercially astute advisor.

Typically, these inquiries fell into one of three scenarios:

1. Transitioning from a telephone helpline service with less experienced professionals:

   • Clients were dissatisfied with surface-level solutions

   • They felt discouraged from taking sensible actions due to liability concerns or tribunal protection clauses

   • They desired a consistent, in-person advisor

Why the name BarnHR?  Of course I primarily named after Barney our lovely pooch, but this also happens to be the initials of the whole family: Barney, Annie, Nicola & Richard.
