Over the course of my career I have worked with organisations of all shapes and sizes, each with differing needs.

I have worked within FMCG, food and drink, SME's, manufacturing, distribution, utilities, transferred out Government functions, family led organisations, mid cap industrials plc, PE backed, construction, real estate and the charity sector.

I collaborate with companies on a fractional, interim, project or retainer basis.  My partnerships enhance engagement and productivity to drive growth.
