Where I Do My Best Work

It comes as no surprise that many of the leaders I work with are those navigating significant transitions—whether stepping into a new organisation, taking on expanded responsibilities, or leading through periods of substantial change. While this often includes first-time CEOs or CFOs, my work spans leaders at various inflection points in their careers.


This is incredibly rewarding for someone like me who thrives in the people transformation space.


Supporting leaders as they navigate these pivotal moments—helping them bring their experiences to the forefront while deepening their understanding of who they are and what they stand for—is genuinely energising.


The richness of these insights, combined with the opportunity to co-create a people strategy that reinvigorates an organisation, provides me with that perfect ‘stretchy’ challenge.


I work alongside leaders during these key transitions, helping them cut through the noise, make sense of the organisational context they’re operating in, and shape the right people and business strategy to drive impact.


Getting under the bonnet of the business with them—figuring out what’s working, what’s not, and where the real focus needs to be. And because leadership can feel like a lonely place (especially at the top), I become a trusted partner, sounding board, and critical friend—offering clarity, challenge, and practical ways forward.


The conversations we have and the decisions we make together in those first months matter. They set the tone, shape the culture, and determine what kind of leader they will be in this role.

What Sets My Approach Apart


What truly differentiates me is how I lead courageously by connecting my capabilities to my beliefs, while simultaneously having the ability to see and sit comfortably with the beliefs of others. This perceptiveness, built over years of continuous learning and practice, allows me to be at ease in situations that are uncomfortable for many—not just dealing with difficult people, but navigating the harder contextual elements that lead to breakthrough moments.


By consciously tapping into both intellectual and emotional intelligence, I help leaders see what lies beneath the surface—ensuring they don’t limit their potential or that of their organisations because of unexplored beliefs or unexamined assumptions. This ability to navigate both the logical and emotional dimensions of leadership brings deeper insights to the table when it matters most.
